2018 Pilot

NewTrax

In early 2018, Mobility 4 All launch the MO pilot program with NewTrax, a non-profit transportation provider in MN and two large senior housing providers in the Twin Cities. This MVP included simplified pricing, called MO Points, which consolidates booking fees, miles and service time. We pre-sold over 600 MO Points to providers and their residents, thus making MO a facility amenity, much like a meal plan or nursing care. We tapped facility staff to help accelerate the sales cycle from 45 to 20 days, reduced transaction costs for insurance, licensing and technology and built loyal, repeat customers willing to pay for a higher level of service.
